I try to review votes in “hot” topics. And when I see that some FPC members votes are based on “nationality”, we remove FPC members or even spots for the whole federation.

In most cases trades are not only “white” or “black”. So from the administration’s side we never discuss concrete trades. We trust and respect FPC decisions.

Also I would like to remind you of one change in FPC that has been done a few seasons ago. Before then FPC was reverting a lot of trades with the reason “unbalanced trades”. That was highly criticized by the community and at that point we removed this option.
So currently on similar trades FPC could vote fair and that would be OK. And that happens a lot.

The two main points of our discussion are (1) What are the two votes of FAIR" ? (2) Maniacs as FPC member, has been caught not the first time, trading recklessly.

I am happy with the decision of "revert" but no punish. However, his next time should be removed from the FPC immediately.

Concerning the "conspiracy theories" spreading by me here, well, I was trying to be sarcastic with a bit of exaggeration, you can see my first comment here said, "Maniac is an FPC member and he can do anything". Do you think I really feel like this is fair trade? Am I not surprised that there are some other FPC members who voted fair? Similar to what fungtys just said, my point is this trade is unacceptable, it should be reverted 100%, and maybe the users involved should be punished, but I can see FPC members are being cautious and voted “reverted only”. It is like I said, "I can kill a man without blinking an eye" and you ask me "ain't your eyes dry?" LOL. Anyways, I know not everyone can get my sarcasm and exaggeration, so if you think I am making untrue comments about you, and you feel offended, I apologize, but I am not trying to spreading lies, conspiracy theories, or anything like that.

And let's talk about this trade in a more serious way. I can get that trades don't have to be perfectly balanced to be ruled as fair, and everyone can view a trade offer differently. However, this trade is heavily imbalanced, I don't see any points that an FPC member can vote fair. For example, you can argue that LeBron James is better than Michael Jordan and he is the GOAT of basketball, though I will disagree, I can see your points of argument. However, if you are saying Lonzo Ball is the GOAT of basketball, I will really doubt that you have watched any basketball games. Back to the topic, I really doubt the FPC members who voted fair in this trade are really qualified to stay in the FPC, including Maniac who proposed this trade, whether they really don't know how to judge a trade or they tried to help out other users. I cannot answer every question. That is simply not possible.

I think you still missed what I wanted to say. I will try to explain again:
The community was not happy that FPC reverted many “unbalanced” trades. And because of that FPC got recommendation from administration TO NOT revert trades only because they are unbalanced.
After that moment you could see a lot of more “unbalanced” trades voted as fair. Also from that moment you can see more meaningful “reasons” in FPC decisions as FPC cannot simply choose “unbalanced” almost every time.
From that moment we got a lot less criticism towards FPC. So I believe this was a good decision.

I don`t think that grobuonis is a cheater.
I also don't think that FPC members who voted fair in this case are not fit for the position. Especially when the administration asked FPC to allow unbalanced trades a few seasons ago and especially when these are not nationality based votes (not from Lithuania)

About conspiracy theories.
These things lead to the next time someone may decide to target another member of FPC publicly. There is a line between sarcasm and deliberately filling gas into the fire.
I don't agree that publicly attacking someone is the right thing to do. That does not make the BasketPulse more fair. More likely, it is the opposite.

I also don't agree that FPC has more “freedom” compared to other users. I think it is the opposite - everyone is looking at FPC. Quite often they are attacked in restricted market for being in FPC. Quite often they get reports only because they are FPC.

You also are forgetting that FPC are volunteers, not hired employees.
Sometimes they have different opinions. Sometimes they do trades. Sometimes they make mistakes.
If you press FPC in that manner - you will not have better FPC - you will have worse, because no one will want to be in FPC.
During the long history of the game we have lost a few great volunteers because of the pressure from the community. This is why I try to avoid such harsh attacks as much as possible.

You also are forgetting that China also has FPC member.
This is not an easy job, and the community makes it even harder instead of helping.


Do you really want to help to make this game more fair?
Then start with selecting active FPC members from your community and discuss your concerns privately with your FPC representatives first. It would be more efficient for everyone.

Actually, offers from users to catch and replace FPC members who voted FAIR in Grobuonis case are totally unrespectful. The offer to remove Grobuonis from the committee is damaging. When users who are always "fishing" for trades pushing for care institute member replacement is a very bad environment. Overall it's very difficult to see when the same persons permanently reporting the trades, but they do a lot of unbalanced trades as well. And finally, they are complaining if a trade is reverted and complain if other trades are not reverted. Some users have zero consistency, they like to complain about everything and all the time.
Another part of the members is like pests. They catch negative waves in the game and try to influence them. Like Intelygentas who 21:00 sent a conference about very bad FPC work and how FPC can't do a solution in the obvious case. But FPC decision calculates is only at 23:30 (Lithuania time). He all the time does similar things to reduce respect for the committee. I think this behavior is on purpose. As I said he is like a pest. (other communities have similar users too).
P.S. I voted revert and warn because, in my opinion, this trade was too much unbalanced.
P.P.S I 100% support and trust Grobuonis. FPC members have to have the possibility to "fish" with trades. As well they have the possibility to get a revert from FPC. -- 89 S 8 d.
