We want to present a bit of information about the Fair play committee (FPC) and the upcoming changes.

Quite often after the FPC decisions users ask the administration to “revert” their decision. We want to affirm once and for all - that is not possible. 
We respect FPC decisions. There are no tools to “revert” FPC decisions and we can not make any manual changes. 
So please, stop asking this.

Most communities have their FPC members. So in most cases you can get more information straight from them. Administration won’t answer these questions as we do not comment on any concrete cases.

Today we reviewed quite a lot of trades. By having the ability to look at FPC communication we trust 100% that FPC is trying to keep the game fair. 
However, we would like to see some changes as well, mostly in the “reasons” that FPC members choose during voting.
So from now:
1. We expect FPC members to pay more attention to selecting/writing reasons for reverted trades. 
2. Two possible options were removed:

• Overuse of disbalanced trades
• Significantly unfair to other users

3. We will try to review FPC decisions more often. And federations whose members will not manage to select/provide “logical” reasons will lose their FPC spots.

Users should understand few things about FPC work:

• The whole community is responsible for reporting the trades. FPC just evaluates on those reports and it is not FPC’ s fault if some cases were never reported.
• FPC is a large group. So it's normal to have different votes & reasons as well as different opinions from members. Even when cheating was handled by the administration sometimes we had different opinions as well. Almost never things are just black or white.

Fair play spots are given/taken automatically on the 53rd day. If some federations want to get a spot and really has a good person for the job it should contact administration 1-2 weeks before that day and present their candidate. Federations that already have the spots can choose/change members as they want. But the member that represents the federation wrongly leads to losing the spot.

Also we would like to ask the community to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the FPC, disrespect/personally attack members of the committee. These actions do harm for the game and such users might lose the ability to use press conferences or harsher fines would be applied.
FPC was created to make this game more fair and that is exactly what FPC is doing.
