1) If player can only “ Shooting from middle or close range” but not from 3 points, can he play isolation?
2) what is the benefit to increase defence focus on playmaker? It is just one player compared to two if you guard shooters or low post.
3) if set to defend leader by points - who is guarded in beginning? And when it is switched to guarding by points?

1. In the current version - yes, only players who can shoot from three points play isolation. In the future we plan to create other types of isolation (that starts in different positions and that requires different skills)

2. This is not only about position but also about the “playmaker” role, that can be assigned for few players on the court. Shooting situations are very important in the new ME, so this can help to reduce it.

3. In the beginning all players are defended equally. This option starts working after a few minutes (usually after the first substitution) and it reviews the leader by points every few minutes (or after each substitution)

Can you give a similar write up to the roles of "on guards" / "Low Post" etc.....More specifically is it the set plays on offense works to get the them the shot or those players facilitate the offense? Lastly, for longevity purposes it would be helpful (for new users once this thread is lost) to include these details in the tactic description when you click on the tactic under the tactics page. -- 87 S 37 d.

I have 2 matches against the same team
Game1:
Matches
Game2:
Matches

Look at player S. Djordjevic Junior
In game1, my defense focus was shooters, so it does nothing to this low post player
He got:
1 excellent situation (6%)
2 good situations (11%)
6 average situations (33%)
5 bad situations (28%)
4 very bad situations (22%)
and 7 turnovers
In game2, my defense focus was player with highest points, Djordjevic had the highest points in his team all the time, so he must be one of the defense focus
He got:
2 excellent situations (12%)
6 good situations (35%)
6 average situations (35%)
2 bad situations (12%)
1 very bad situations (6%)
and 5 turnovers

I can't see opponent tactic so I can't tell if the opponent changed offense focus from shooters to low post, or he changed shot frequencies. But defense focus "player with highest points" does not seem to be doing anything

Still very slow end of the game: 1) rashing to make fast break, but nothing happens in next 8 seconds. With -4 points it is very unlikely that no shot will happen. 2) when 10 sec left opponent attack starts, but only with 3 sec left team looks for ways to foul and stop shot clock - it should be immediate attempt and depending on success last from 0 to 5 seconds.

fanling3:
I think you misread some tiredness events. Your team had a lot of “positive” tiredness events (due to huge opponent tiredness). You probably counted these events as not favorable.
Now chronology is deleted, but please look at this issue in the next match and keep us informed if you still think that there is a problem.

dwyane3, piesplanos, upiteris
We used NBA rules in this place (offensive fouls weren’t counted into total fouls)
From the next version we changed that to FIBA variant and the fouls will be counted as most users expect.

2022-06-27-01:
-When the best players enter the court (near the end of the game) we did not use “switching positions in court”. We expected that this could give more tactical variations for teams. However in some cases (when few players fouled out) we had situations when SF played in C and C played in PF. In order to fix these issues we restored the ability to switch positions in the court during the final minute as well.
-Offensive fouls (illegal screens) will be counted as personal/team fouls (as it should be according FIBA rules)

In this match both teams used: "Use pressing before making tactical fouls"
That is why tactical fouls happens to slow.
