FPC Season 104 Review

Hello,

Just like last season, FPC would like to share its insights from the recently concluded Season 104. This report discusses examples of both reported trades and unfair behavior, along with the conclusions drawn. We hope this will be helpful for better understanding how to identify potentially suspicious trades or unfair behaviour.

Trades

During Season 104, 58 trades were submitted for FPC review (compared to 113 the previous season). We see that the number of potentially unfair trades has halved. In total, 7 trades were canceled this season (18 were canceled in the previous one).

Summary of the canceled trades:

SECOND IN SHAN TOU -> Tian Shen Alliance – Canceled due to the Hidden Lending rule violation: the same player cannot return to the same team in the same season.

Klaipėdos "Neptūnas" -> Vilniaus "Rytas" – The only trade marked as punished last season. A case of identified cheating; both teams involved were shut down.

Crazy Kouzu -> Vasara – WL1.1 team received a cheaper player not usable for team purposes. Considered a salary drop to save release costs.

BLACK SHEEPS -> Catalònia Vikings – WL2.2 team received a young player (short, low potential, not suitable for current rotation). Also deemed a salary drop despite a veteran being involved on the other side.

Mirror -> Hong Kong Monarch – WL1.1 traded a high potential player (8 POT) for two players with lower potential (6 POT). It was concluded that WL1.1 was helping WL4.8, and the trade was beneficial to only one side.

Shit Bro -> Mèng huàn lán qiú duì – Trade between WL1.1 and WL2.1 where a veteran was exchanged for a 1 POT player. Canceled as both a salary drop and favor to another user.

Lominiric BC -> MacTeam – A strong WL3.4 team traded with a strong WL4.7 team, receiving two weaker players and a 1 POT player for a stronger one. Deemed one-sided and not useful in context, although later the trade was adjusted and deemed fair.

Trades with Mixed Opinions (Final Decision: Fair)

Prienu Skycop -> Vilniaus "Rytas" – One team was shut down for cheating, raising concerns about their other trades. However, no issues were found with this trade.

Good luck -> South Carolina Penguin – Some FPC members suspected the trade favored one side, but it was ultimately ruled mutually beneficial after additional information was received from involved managers.

Hong Kong Monarch -> Fung911 – A top-tier player was exchanged for several slightly weaker high-level players. Despite differing opinions, the trade was deemed fair based on team context. This case sets a precedent for similar future trades.

Pogoń Prudnik -> AX Olimpia Milano – Though one team released the acquired players afterward, the trade itself was fair. To avoid penalizing one side unfairly, FPC issued only a warning based on broader context.

Unfair Behavior Cases

During Season 104, FPC received 49 reports of potentially dishonest behavior (compared to 57 in Season 103). Of these, 25 cases resulted in a warning or penalty (compared to 19 in the previous season), indicating improved reporting effectiveness.

Summary of decisions

Warnings were mostly issued to managers who:
Threatened others via public or private messages;
Intentionally lost games;
Publicly discussed their sanctions;
Deliberately released players after trades.

Punishments were mostly issued to managers who:
Repeated offenses after prior warnings;
Aggressively acquired players only to release or trade them early, not using them for team needs;
Used offensive or culturally inappropriate language.

Cases where no warnings or punishments were issued (most frequent reasons listed first):
Suspected tanking but no evidence found on match review;
Duplicate reports about the same incident;
Market behavior flagged as suspicious but deemed legitimate upon review;
Personal beliefs not violating any rules;
Suspected cheating but no issue found after review;
Trades reviewed and found to be fair.

Summary

Comparing Seasons 103 and 104, there is a visible decrease in reports of suspicious trades and behavior. The quality of reports has also improved, with fewer cases submitted based on personal bias or unresolved disputes.

FPC thanks you for your active participation and cooperation. We encourage everyone to continue sharing information about trades and providing additional context when reporting misconduct. This helps the FPC make accurate and consistent decisions.
