This makes me safe a large amount of wages.
The only other option for me would be to fire Carew which would be more expensive.

This trade was reported as unfair. However, the Fair play committee decided that this trade is fair. -- 89 S 19 g.

How the Fair Play Committee members voted:
- volunteers voted "Revert and punish": 0
- volunteers voted "Revert": 1
- volunteers voted "Fair": 9

These reasons were chosen by the volunteers during voting:
1 - Salary drop (one or more useful players are exchanged for useless player(s) with the only goal to reduce salaries)
i want to point out that it is against the rules to trade a player we get from the draft during his first contract.
How is it possible that Louvet got traded?

I distinctly remember FPC saying many times that salary drops are against the rules. If you need to fire a player, you fire him. Against the rules to trade him as a salary drop.
Your statement just indicted yourself.
But FPC let it go???
FPC doesn't know the rules of FPC?

The draft players are on a two-year contract. Trading prohibited in the first year. Trading is allowed in the second year -- 89 S 21 g.

a-darius
Like what i said to you before, the description of the restriction level was different from the actual result, which bothered many people. We have no idea, it's a bug or just a description error.

That's just not true!
From the game manual:
"As their salaries are smaller than similar players’ salaries in the market, drafts’ players can not be traded during their first 2 seasons contract. "

As i said before, FPC is breaking the same rules they are supposed to protect.

I formally ask for the removal of this member of FPC for LYING TO THE COMMUNITY ABOUT A RULE OF THE GAME.

Either he lied, or he didn't know the rules of the game. In both instances, he cannot stay on FPC and have a vote.
Absolutely a shame

Frankebasta,Are you serious? I've traded draft picks in the past in the second year of their first contracts -- 89 S 22 g.

It is the latest rule after the game is updated.
The suggestion is to urge the people who write the game manual to write all the updated contents into the manual. Or modify

Good luck :)

in other words, you are saying that the FPC is applying rules made overnight, without any knowledge by the community.
Nice to know!

Me, as an outsider to this clique of rule benders, will keep playing in the low leagues until this situation will be sorted out.

The "Help" manual is not perfect, and is different from the rules.

If you cannot help, I can find another error in the manual for you. Calm down. We will all continue to encourage the GM to improve. Cheers.

What are the "RULES" then?
Where is that we can read the rules we are playing with?
Who wrote them? Admin or FPC?
When were they changed? Overnight, by FPC?
And, finally, how is that you FUNGTYS, knows about these rules?
Are you FPC member? or an Admin?

The logic is that Rules are written black and white, in the manual. It does not mean the other parts of the manual are perfect. We can encourage the Admin to update, and also the game itself is still updating so fast, that everyone here is still adapting to the new engine consistently. -- 89 S 24 g.
