Aš nežinau. Turbūt nėra tokios apibrėžtos sumos, bet šituo atveju iškart matosi, kad vyksta salary drop taisyklės pažeidimas, o dar gauna septynkę, kuri ateity pravers mainuose.(gal reiktų įvesti kažkokį procentą šitam dalykui arba iš mainų gautą žaidėją negalėtum atleisti bent dvi savaites). Aišku tai tik mano nuomonė.
Kiek matau visiems iš aukštesnių lygų tai nepatinka. Kažin kodėl? Nes visi mėgstat taip sutaupyti ir sutaupytus pinigus leisti skautams taip visada išliekant viršūnėje?

O kodėl vartotojas pasikėlęs mainų lygį gali naudotis šita situacija ir sutaupyti atleidžiant žaidėją? Tai yra nesąžininga kitų vartotojų atžvilgiu.
Mainai yra skirti komandos komplektavimui, o ne žaidėjų atleidinėjimui ir ieškojimui kaip išsisukti nuo didesnės kompensacijos.
Būtent kalbant apie šiuos mainus puikiai matosi, kad Niukaitis būtų atleistas iškart kai tai leidžiama padaryti. Reiškia sutaupyti apie 29k ir dar gauta septynkė(praversianti ateityje). Taip mes mokėjome savo pinigus už mainų lygį, bet tai nereiškia, kad galima elgtis kaip nori. -- 109 S 5 Dia

There are several different scenarios that can be in the salary drop scenario. In some cases, it’s essentially to revert, but in others, it is completely fair, and that is normal. For example, if you trade a 31 YO player with a 30k salary (340 RT) for a 19 YO 300 RT peak player with a 12k salary, I see no issue. A different case would be trading that same 31 YO (30k, 340 RT) for a 27 YO 260 RT peak player with a 17k salary, while adding an extra player you won’t actually use for your team’s needs. That’s essentially a revert, because only one side benefits. For the other side, it becomes a salary drop, saving money at the expense of the other manager.
So please understand that these decisions are not always straightforward, and the most important thing is maintaining the same "red line" across all similar situations. At least from my side, I always aim to stay consistent in how I evaluate things. That is the perspective I am doing in such situations as a FPC member. -- 109 S 5 Dia

Catholic Do I understand correctly that, regarding salary drops, you rely solely on your own algorithm based on player RT, peak RT, and salary? What about a player’s skills, statistics, and ability to perform at the appropriate level, do those factors matter in your evaluation?
You also mentioned that there is no conflict of interest. Maybe it is true, maybe it is not, but in any case, it is also a matter of optics which should avoided. -- 109 S 6 Dia
