Bosnia and Herzegovina U-21 National Team
Belarus U-16 National Team
It is a great honor and responsibility for me, and I would like to present my vision, goals, and plans for the upcoming period of work with both squads.
For both Bosnia U-21 and Belarus U-16, the primary objective is to fight for qualification to the next stages of international competition. I believe in the potential of these young players, their ambition, and their capacity for growth. My role will be to create the right conditions, a working system, and a strong team atmosphere that will allow them to fully develop and showcase their talent.
