Interview with cookieman!

We love hearing more stories from our community and we would like to share an interview that 孤舟 has made with cookiemanHave a good read!

-How long have you been playing Basketpulse?
-About two and a half years.

-On which type of device do you typically play Basketpulse (e.g., PC, mobile phone, tablet)?
-I primarily use PC.

-Do you enjoy the gameplay of Basketpulse? Why or why not?
-Yes, I do. Because it feels like managing a real-life team, but it's not overly complicated.

-Please share a memorable moment you've had while playing Basketpulse.
-When I pulled a high-potential player, it felt like winning the lottery.

-What do you think about the difficulty of advancing to higher leagues in Basketpulse? Are there any particularly challenging obstacles?
-It's moderately difficult. Sometimes, when grouped with strong competitors, it becomes very challenging to advance to higher-level leagues.

-Is there a specific feature or gameplay element in Basketpulse that you particularly enjoy?
-I like the trading feature and player progression. I hope there are other unique ways to acquire players.

-If there were new players starting with Basketpulse, what advice would you give them?
This game has a slower pace, so it's a good idea to find other players to discuss its various features before fully experiencing the game.

-Have you ever purchased Basketpulse credits? If you have credits, what do you prefer to buy with them?
-Yes, I have. I prefer to buy the standard packages.

-If you could provide suggestions to the development team of Basketpulse, what aspects would you recommend they improve?
-I hope the standard packages can be categorized as they were before, allowing users to choose the features they need.

Since we got the other interview, let me share it aswell here:
This week we have an interesting topic on Basketpulse: Interviews. That's why we have sent our reporters to get the best ones. The main idea is to ask all VIPs the same questions in a short, condensed format. And the first one is none other than dwyane3!
Outside Basketpulse:
Favorite team: Lithuanian national team
- Favorite all time player: as you can probably guess Dwyane Wade :)
- Do or did you play basketball: yes, I've played basketball since I was a little kid. I played for a local team when I was a kid and my university team when I studied. Now I enjoy shooting around and playing with my friends.
- Favorite position in a team: Center. I love posting up and blocking people.
- Best Basketball moment that you remember: And1 dunk in a summer camp where I worked at in front of a few hundred people.

Inside BasketPulse:
- Team name: Adidas Team (LTU)
- Team nationality: Lithuanian
- Starting season: 6
- Highest rank: WL2 Top8
- Your best player ever (in-game): my current club's player Marcelijus Laurinkus ( https://www.basketpulse.com/lt/Player/2324368/description), he's been averaging over 16ppg and 21eff last season. It's always fun to see someone start at a basketball school and grow to become a team leader.
- Your nemesis team: it was always fun to play agains BC Lions Lietuva ( https://www.basketpulse.com/lt/Team/168/description ), he was a tough competitor most of the time and banter added extra flavour to the games. I could probably add that in season ±10 I was stuck in NL5.6 (WLs did not exist at that time) for like 5 seasons. The whole league was a nemesis to me. :)
- Underrated player skill: dribbling for bigs and toughness for guards. For me, the other skills seem more important, however, once these skills are developed, the player is more complete and has an edge against more opponents.
- Your Basketpulse advice to a new player: join discord and make friends. It's probably why most of the old-time users keep playing and enjoy themselves.
