我们会根据人数来决定一个联盟是否有资格获得在这个委员会中的代表席位。如果联盟获得代表席位，联盟主席需要选择让哪些用户代表这个群体出席公平竞争委员会。

所有由公平竞争委员会作出的决定都是最终结果并且无法被更改。我们要求每个人都能尊重委员会的决定。
