Hi,
i don´t see the problem in this trade.
I became a player that can instantly help my team, without waiting and train one of my young players for several years.
On the other side my trade partner, gets rid of a player he doesn´t need in his squad and gets a young player for his future/youth.
For me the trades helps me directly, the trade partner profits in the future.

In the beginning of the season, I couldn’t trade young pot. 8 for evolution finished french guy with same salary because of 58 RT difference… and here, because of paying, you do what you want.

4) You are not allowed to just give away the “unnecessary” players to other clubs (you are not allowed to make any gifts, etc.). If you want to get rid of a player, you have to fire him
