我們剛剛發表教練系統的第一部份更新，以下向大家展示更新的內容。

更新重點

經理將可以選擇教練角色：總教練、助理教練和球員發展教練。
在沒有總教練的情況下，玩家可以免費設定總教練。在賽季第1天和第63天也可以免費更換總教練，在賽季其他日子要更換總教練將會有小額罰款。
請注意訓練的部份尚未更新。目前教練角色僅用於比賽引擎(總教練和助理教練)。
新增教練歷史頁面。
這是教練系統的第一階段更新，並不會對遊戲產生重大影響，但卻對遊戲未來更大規模的更新奠定了基礎。

更新的未來計劃：

重寫教練"訓練"，訓練的效果和標準在很大程度上根據教練角色。
新增教練跳躍進步
新增球員可以獲得教練資格

If guys paying for the game are happy, they will probably still pay for it, if they are unhappy, there's bigger chance they will stop to do that and at the same time very little possibility, someone new instead will pay for it. I would like to share our idea with you regarding the requalification of players into coaches.

Currently, this concept is in the ideation phase. We are planning to commence work on it soon; however, there are still some pending tasks that need to be completed.
Therefore, we cannot provide a precise prediction for when this feature will be available in the game.

Here are the key points to consider:
- Requalified coaches are generally referred to as "prospects" who exhibit good potential but possess low skills at the moment.
- The skill level (and potentials) of a newly requalified coach will be heavily influenced by the skills they had as a player before undergoing requalification.
- Occasionally, requalified coaches may be deemed as "ready now," although the likelihood of this is relatively low.
- Coaches become eligible for requalification under the following scenarios:
1. Franchise players with a "going to retire" status. In this scenario, the requalified coach will retain the same salary and remain with the team. This requalification process will be provided free of charge to all users as a gesture of gratitude for their continuous support of the game.
2. Any other player who has recently retired. This process will incur a credit cost. The newly requalified coach will enter the job market. It's important to note that the team that initially discovered the player (the player's original team, not the team that facilitated the requalification) will retain "first team bonuses."

"the requalified coach will retain the same salary": a franchise player's RT is, usually, among the team's highest, which brings a high salary (discounts and all). Salary will decrease with age, true, but not that much. In keeping the same salary as a coach, I can foresee that it will be too expensive for WL4 or WL5 teams.
Maybe, the requalified coach could have a lower salary, and lower skills, if hired in the lower Leagues -- 94 賽季 38 天
