We’ve received quite a few questions about what happened with HeyHoudini. Normally, we avoid discussing punishments publicly, but since many users are curious, I’ll try to explain the situation.
For quite some time, HeyHoudini’s behavior was toxic. We tried to address it several times, but nothing improved. The situation on Discord didn’t help either.
When his press conference access was blocked, I sent him a message explaining that the ban would be lifted once he started acting like a regular user—not someone just looking to troll and harm. Instead of going that route, he found a way to bypass the ban and continued posting press messages, even highlighting the ban date to make it seem like he was unfairly punished.
That was the final straw, and we decided we could no longer offer him our services. Over the last few seasons, a huge amount of our resources was wasted dealing with his behavior—we want to focus on improving the game, not just trying to calm down one angry person.
We’ve also learned a lot from this. One key lesson: time alone doesn’t fix these issues. Moving forward, we won’t be as patient with toxic behavior.
I understand that HeyHoudini has many supporters, but please keep trolling out of the game.
As for the Discord server, we’re working on setting up a new one and hope to have it ready soon.

We don't plan to bring it back; that version was poorly designed, and even on better servers, it won't work efficiently.
We need to create a new feature, but it's not on our priority list, so I don’t think we will work on this soon.
If you believe this should be a priority, please let us know in the seasonal feedback we ask each federation for.
Regarding your suggestion to remove that box, I completely agree. Thank you for reminding us. It should be removed starting today. -- 104 S 19 g.

Good idea to remove that box. If chats were active, people would mostly whine about ME when losing, so no point of bringing chat.
Instead of this you should think about possibility to lock events box.
For me it’s annoying when I watch match live and try to scroll up to check earlier events, and the box automatically brings me down after new event occurred. So conclusion is that you cannot check events from beginning of quarter on the middle of it as it’s automatically dragging it down :/ -- 104 S 19 g.

The LIVE match page might be older than some team owners here :) This is one of the things we need to completely rewrite (not improve).
By the way, regarding live chat—it wasn't so bad. It was a chat between teams watching a specific match, so sometimes it was fun to chat with your opponent. And honestly, it's not a very big update... but it simply doesn't bring much value to the game, which is why we don't prioritize it. -- 104 S 19 g.
