I find that tactical coach has very high impact on team's performance. And I need good tactical coach for the next season.
It is important for young teams to have a chance and be able to progress. There are already many headwinds for young teams - maximum bid limit; maximum total salary limit; tight trading restrictions; when getting promoted, my limits change only the next season; image starts from 1, establishing youth team and scouting is relatively expensive in lower leagues etc.
If it would not be possible to source players/coaches from the market, it would significantly hurt young teams. -- 98 S 42 g.
