Nes dabar vieni gali ready to play žaidėjus mainyt tik į minimum 7pot žaidėjus, kitiem po kelių savaičių jau leidžiama mainyt ir į 6pot žaidėjus. Poto dėl tokių dalykų ir kyla daugiausiai ginčų ir diskusijų |

Tuo metu LT bendruomenėj toks taisyklės taikymas problemų nesukėlė. Būkim atviri. Problema ne taisyklės taikyme. Šiuo metu, kad ir ką padaro administracij ar FPC, LT bendruomenės veteranai sureaguoja labai aštriai. Tai niekur nenuves. Visi tik bus dar labiau piktesni ir tiek. Kodėl negalime vietoj nuolatinių aštrių komentarų spaudos konferencijose eiti konstruktyvesniu keliu. Išsakykite savo konkrečius pasiūlymus laiškai administracijai. Jeigu norisi tai daryti viešai - prašau parašyti argumentuotus pasiūlymus discord "suggestions" skiltyje. |

Tai yra nesąžininga kitų vartotojų atžvilgiu, kurie iki šiol galvojo reikia minimum 7pot žaidėjo. |

We consulted with him on multiple topics, appreciated his input, and thanked him for his support. Over time, our views began to diverge, and unfortunately, HeyHoudini wasn’t open to the idea of simply agreeing to disagree. In recent seasons, his behavior has become increasingly destructive. Removing all members from the Discord server was just one example. I don’t believe the reasons he gave to the community were sincere. It seems he no longer cares about the game or the community, and instead is trying to cause as much damage as possible on his way out. There were many other ways he could have handled things without causing harm. That’s where we have to draw the line. No more tolerance for lies. No more space for trolling. Let’s shift our focus back to improving the game and supporting the people who genuinely want to enjoy and contribute to it—not those looking to stir up trouble just to prove a point. |

In the past few seasons, the relationship between the administration and HeyHoudini went in the wrong direction. It seems that the server administration decided to remove all members from the server. What’s next: Our priorities remain the same – our top priority is updates in finances (national leagues, short playoff series). Having access to multiple teams creates many different ways to cheat (not only through trading between these teams). In the past, we tried to punish users only when we were 100% sure they were cheating. But that wasn’t effective. Users kept finding new ways to cheat, and these investigations simply took too much time. For this problem, we had a few possible solutions: 1. Forbid playing from the same IP entirely 2. Forbid trading/lending without PREMIUM 3. Allow only ONE team to participate in trading/borrowing We chose the solution (3) that is least harmful to the community. So, for those who have other users on the same IP – please read and follow the rules. |

When I brought up such idea of seeking clarifications, mostly it was ignored even though a few I think would fit into here described cases. I was accused of making noise and reporting hundreds of old trades - but then it is surprising to see here a total of "only" 113 ;). In that case, I believe, the FPC was not able to filter their emotions aside, because I reported around 15-20 of trades also adding reasoning, but all were voted 100% fair. Also, I received a warning for unfair behavior approx. one week after my last messages. Even though I was the "guilty" one, it seems that afterwards the order and holding to some kind of principles increased. We do not need all of us to agree on the applied principle, but at least it has to be applied in the same way for all of the users. |

Vienas iš Mūsų federacijos narių, buvo nubaustas FPC už tai, kad nupirktą rinkoje žaidėją išmainė. Kiek tekę būtų komitete, už tai baudžiama nebuvo. Nesvarbu kokia alga, žaidėjai galėjo būti išmainomi. Tik už tai, kai nupirktas žaidėjas yra atleidžiamas per pirmas dvi savaites buvo galima susilaukti nuobaudos ištyrus situaciją. Dabar žinokit, kad dėl to, jog išmainysit, galit būti apskųsti bei nubausti. |
