I believe that advertising for the game is the work of the staff, normally users attract managers who are safe players, advertising for managers who leave after two days is not worth it. It would be necessary to study the new teams that have a decent squad and a coach to compete in their wl and some initial economy -- 93 T 8 d.

Based on my experience in helping to promote BP in the past 2 years, I think BP staffs should focus on how to retain new users first instead of always looking for new users. Otherwise, no matter how many new users are invited to register, most of them will just give up immediately. -- 93 T 9 d.

I can only agree with and confirm ak904's point of view.

Without initial support in the individual federations - far beyond the usual use of mentors - the dropout rate of newcomers is quite high.
The game initially overwhelms many due to its complexity and depth.

In addition, the fact that - from what I've heard in a couple of cases - the beginner's guide is not up to date in all areas is exacerbating the situation.
There are sections that require tasks that no longer exist in the game. This only confuses even more and does not make a good impression on the new users.

Thank you for your feedback. As a small team, we have limited resources and rely on the support of our community to help us grow. We greatly appreciate it when our users spread the word about the game to others who may be interested in playing. We believe that word-of-mouth advertising is an effective way to attract new users to the game, especially at this point in time.

We understand that user onboarding is an important aspect of improving the overall user experience, and we do hope to improve this process in the future. However, we currently have other responsibilities and updates that we need to prioritize as well, so we don't have a timeline for when this will happen yet. If you have any further suggestions or ideas for how we can improve the game and attract more players, please don't hesitate to let us know.

I agree with ak904 and Lipinski

Bringing new user to the game is one thing and it's easy part, hard part is to keep him in the game. As I'm serving as mentor for some time, it's hard to keep new users in game, since most of them leave after very first contact with game. I'm always sending my own message to new user to try talk with them, but most times I don't get answer, cause they leave and don't come back after initial contact with game. Few that try to connect again, for most time will stay, for at least some time. Problem is first impression with game.

I understand that you have small team and need to focus on few selected tasks, to finish them, but I don't know if this is good idea to create events with goal to bring new users, when experience for new users is flawed and it's hard to keep them for long enough. Probably priorities should be clear - if we want to build up community and attract new users, we need to update and prepare best possible experience on theirs first contact with game; if we want to focus on keeping current community and develop their experience with game, we need to update other areas of game, that are interesting for people who already invest their time to play the game. It's hard to do something from one of them and do other thing from the second one.

the new users quit because even if HELP is very good in compare to other simgames the game is very detailed so they have to read much. Thats the reason rest of us we like this game, so the community & the federetions must stay focus on new users to explain evey little detail about the game. The game is not for everyone but is the best sim that ever existed. If we focus to bring more users and simplify the game i think all the old users will be desatisfied -- 93 T 9 d.

I'm not thinking about simplifying game, but rebuilding tutorial. Right now you can enter gamę and completly miss tutorial, maybe making at least first few steps of it mandatory would help. Other thing is what Lipinski said, there're domek tasks that are hard to do due to changes masę in the game - I for example remember situations where I had hard timer to explain to new users why they can't but a player and can't check one od the tasks, cause they starter gamę during limiter free market. -- 93 T 9 d.
