I am relatively new to the game, but I believe I am starting to figure it out enough to help with the U21 team. In other games, I like to work with managers to develop players to help the national teams as well as their own. I will take the time to scout opponents and adjust our tactics accordingly. I will always be open to input regarding tactics, players, and areas of focus.
