If community requires "proves" or big disscusions there is only few options, that can be done right now:
1. close the trades feature completely.
2. Ignore complains about cheating.

In the future we would like to transfer this process to be managed by the community itself.

We have a lot of work in the game. We get a lot of complains about trades each season. And we can`t add one more job - playing "court" each time when we have complains from users about cheating.

Also few things to think about.
1. Almost always the same teams are punished for the same reasons.
2. Almost always there is some relation between the punished teams.
3. Teams are always punished after cheating reports from other managers (usually a lot of managers report trades that require punishment). We don't look for trades to be punished, trades are only analyzed when there are complains from other managers -- 56 sez. 4 d.

there is zero communication in some topics,like cheating in trades,you have to be open and say what was wrong,people have to see examples,they have to understand,now there is no explanation,most of the people starting to think that something shady is going on,GM is hiding something and so on. -- 56 sez. 4 d.

In my opinion, if GM see cheating, he punish. Why GM need to explain or show evidence? Why he need to waste time for this? Teams, like Soldater, CP, Meina and others, are playing long time are made a lot of trades and nobody was punished. Why? Because, they playing fair and do not trying to cheat. Many seasons ago we worked in that way. That led to few seasons without updates on the game at all.
If I comment one case, then I will need comment all cases. Also I will need to comment why complains were rejected. In the end that would lead to not telling all information or telling users private information...

If someone wants to discuss the whole trade/punishment system, it is OK. We can do that. But we will not discuss concrete cases. -- 56 sez. 4 d.

One thing I agree here with a-darius is NOT to discuss the cheating/punishement decisions. If he analyzes what was the evidence for the cheating, that will lead some other people to try find another way of cheating, avoiding the "mistakes" of the punished ones which were caught. If it's not an unfair RT/money trade, that means that there is other evidence which led to the punishment. -- 56 sez. 4 d.

I agree not explain the reasons of a punishment (and by the way I've been punished once). Also I'm against letting the community manage such kind of sensitive things. For example: I have blocked after a discussion a user that proposed himself for being part of Italian federation, how can I trust he won't look at my trades with, let's say, a more critical eye than others trades? That would be human, simply. But we need fairness so no personal interests in judging trades. -- 56 sez. 4 d.

I think the most obvious problem exposed in this deal is the determination of the value of young players, that is, the drawbacks of the new potential system. It seem someone can't understand why more and more users feel disappointed to this game and why we need a explanation.
In this case，GM said:by cheating reports from other managers，and some relation between the punished teams(VPN).he believe that 健者行天下 was cheating as one person controled two Accounts，so http://www.bballzone.net/cn/Klubas-aprasymas-25967.htm got punishment 3500K, and http://www.bballzone.net/cn/Klubas-aprasymas-26167.htm would be closed.
But most of Chinese managers know that these two account are from different people(we have many BBZ group in QQ),and 健者行天下 post their discussion before this trade in http://www.bballzone.net/forum/a-normal-trade-brings-shocked-punishment-t12947.html. It's show that Ｔｚｙ`Ｃｏｒｐｓ want to go to higher league, so he add a 10 potential but +90% potential health PG to trade a better player.We can see it clearly GM made a wrong decision these two account absolutely come from different users.
I don't want to discuss the trade,If GM thought it's a Unfair trade then punished 健者行天下(like only one team got benefit)，I have no word.
GM use a ridiculous reason closed Ｔｚｙ`Ｃｏｒｐｓ,健者行天下 show the evidence in topic but GM locked it immediately without say anything,

so 健者行天下 said: GM don't respect for users,he never admit his mistake，then quit this game.

Right or wrong it's GM decision. No need to discuss it. We had long complaining posts in the past, even before China league was open, this means that users are always complaining. I often complain too, but for different reasons. Trades are and should not be a matter of discussion. -- 56 sez. 5 d.

The reason I told you before
1.cheating reports from other managers.(GM believe a liar but did't spend anytime to see the evidence from other users)
2.both teams sometimes use the same IP.(sometimes most of us only use VPN could log in BBZ,or anyone could use this reason report more than 50% of Chinese users?)

I didn't discuss this trade was right or wrong,it's on you.
If these two team were just punished because unfair trade,I could acept it and I won't talking such a lot.
But Ｔｚｙ`Ｃｏｒｐｓ was closed by cheating as another accounts from same user(by report),that's ridiculous and it was a huge personality insulted to these two users!
Even the distance between these two guy's living area are more than 1000KM,and also others provide evidence show that these two account absolutely come from different users. but GM regard it as wastes.
I know GM has a lot of work to do and most of his decision has positive effect on this game

It started: they need to use VPN sometimes and so on. I already told you, that GM see more than users. You trust any who, but not GM - it's unbelievable. From my experience, I can say. If that users really like this game, they will come back. The same situation was with a lot of Lithuanians users. i don't get this also :) sometimes uses VPN :D wtf? it sounds like : i sometimes cheat :D i also have VPN,i have also other sources of internet,if i would want to cheat i use VPN or other sources.anyways,this team- 健者行天下 closed his own team by his own will.yeah,he get some fine,but he had young team,he could have been recovered in a few season,it is not like he went for high places anyways,so few seasons does not matter. -- 56 sez. 6 d.

Frankly speaking,I know it is suspicious that when someone uses VPN, furthermore I know someone's <Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six® Siege> account was ban by Ubisoft just because of he uses VPN, however he just try to connect the Asian Server easily, as the same situation, we just try to connect this website easily and there is no other solution(the GM ignored our feedback for several times). -- 56 sez. 6 d.

Well, it is just a cultural difference :) in LT or else in Europe VPNs are usually associated with hiding your actions and identity, whereas in Asia, as I guess, it is more related to convenient and faster surfing.
If most of the punishment for Chinese clubs lies only for the reason of using same IP, it is unfair. But I guess that there are other reasons which aren't usually clear to users other than Admins. I don't see a reason why Admins would prefer one or two clubs, so I trust admins more than any user club, especially when discussing fairness for trades. However, I agree that Admins should be more flexible when explaining the reasons and sometimes even cancel their first acrions if they are wrong. Being more open and admitting mistakes should be a way to develop the game. -- 56 sez. 6 d.
