"Youth team sponsor only covers the salaries of up to 12 players and 8 coaches. If a team exceeds this limit, the selection for compensation is done randomly."
This means that on each recalculation, different players/coaches may be selected for compensation. On the day of financial operations, the salaries are recalculated once again and the salaries are paid. Uhm ok...anyway I think this new rule is crazy! Every change is making the game more and more impossible. The most comical thing is the ratio 1.5 between players and coaches. Who the hell has 12 players and 8 coaches??? Some seasons ago I had like 24 players and 2 coaches, so the ratio was 12! -- 98 S 3 j.

I think I don't fully get the improvement of young coaches. It depends on the current Head coach skill that is being trained... but head coaches usually are trained strategy skills. So it means that young coaches with training potentials don't get improvement? -- 98 S 6 j.
