My goal of this season is to keep my core players staying on my team and release unnecessary players to save money as much as possible.

After releasing unnecessary players, the average RT of my core players will be (323+309+296+270+268+136)/9=178.

Therefore, Chuang(252rt) won’t receive discount in my youth team. Chuang’s contract is still for 4 season. It will cost me a lot of money to release.

By the way, I have already lent out 4 of my young core players (age under 26), but Chuang is too old(26) to lend out.

Thus, I need to make a trade to get a low salary player for releasing, and opposite team needs to afford the 4 season total salary of Chuang(without any contract benefit).

In my opinion, it’s definitely a fair trade.

How the Fair Play Committee members voted:
- volunteers voted "Revert and punish": 0
- volunteers voted "Revert": 7
- volunteers voted "Fair": 3

These reasons were chosen by the volunteers during voting:
4 - Salary drop (one or more useful players are exchanged for useless player(s) with the only goal to reduce salaries)
3 - Suspicion that trade’s goal is to help one of the teams
