WL1 teams, stop moaning. The days lower leagues were scouting so many pot 10 players for you are gone. The days you could spend shitloads of moneys (compared to lower leagues) to get top talents are gone. New scouting system is perfect now. You got your drafts in WL1, that's where all talents are coming. Pot 10 are generated pretty much only in WL1 drafts now, take them, fight for them among yourselves. Scouting changes + draft system leveled games playfield quite a bit. You still bring talents into your teams but now you have to spend more and compete between yourselves more.

Actually I have to agree, that current system could be more flexible. When it start, I invested 200k and receive only 1 or 2 players with 7 pot. So I stop to use scouts at all.

WL1 is the place that have most of the best player. Just because you can't have a full team 10 pot perfect player doesn't mean the scouting system is bad. Your whole country will still trade you their high pot young player for your 30+ high RT old player.
