To provide more light on FPC and how it functions for community to have better understanding of FPC, managers can ask questions (related on trades/unfair behavior/FPC in general) under this press conference post. Questions will be gathered from today (game day 6) till end of Monday (game day 8 23:59). Also on Basketpulse Discord server there is a channel created for this purpose, so feel free to write questions there too.

Please do not ask repetitive questions, if you see someone else wrote the question you want to ask, just +1 on that question.
Do not ask questions about specific trade cases and why it had that decision.

Keep this post tidy and do not spam it with discussion.

Ok, just a few from my side:
Is a rotation program for FPC members planned or do members simply stay on board as long as they like (except their federation president decides to throw them out)? What are the current responsibilities of the FPC? Will the responsibilities be extended? Can FPC members check for unallowed multi-teams by having access to IP adresses or other database information or is this still only the Admin's thing. Now that you, HeyHoudini, are part of the Admin team, do you have access to those informations that help keep the game clean of cheaters? -- 79 S 6 d.

And, also: Will something ever be done about team managers that gained unfair advantages in the past by making use of certain (now presumably fixed) bugs? I am speaking of the improvement jump bug on D63 (multiple improvement jumps were possible on certain times) and the "+1 year as young players" bug that some managers still profit from today in WL1 to ride their unfair advantage. Or is this ad acta and we just have to live with it? -- 79 S 6 d.

My suggestion is: I want FPC to formulate standard trading rules as soon as possible, instead of voting foolishly to decide whether the transaction is legal or not. Since the day FPC was established, you have never given a detailed reason for rejecting the trading proposal. I don't believe the reason that starts with "I think XXXXX." -- 79 S 7 d.

Liūdina, kai nusamdytas, kad ir penkiems sezonams žaidėjas, jau po sezono ar dviejų "baigia" karjerą, nors jam tik 33metai. Reikia leisti pabaigti žaisti iki sutarties galo, nes: nebrangių ir neblogų žaidėjų beveik neįmanoma pasamdyti: nuo pigių, netikusių žaidėjų degraduoja komandą; niekas nenori mainais gauti karjerą baigiančio žaidėjo; nusamdyti brangų žaidėjų ne visada yra lėšų, todėl komanda gali bankrutuoti; pagaliau, tokia samdymo - karjeros baigimo sistema visai neatitinka tikrojo krepšinio realybės. -- 79 S 7 d.

Wouldn’t better to submit one and final reason why the trade was reverted? Now we receive several reasons, each from every FPC member. And often that reasons confradicts each other - one member thinks that trade benefits one team, another one another and it creates dissatisfaction of users. -- 79 S 7 d.

I suggest FPC to have a look at (screen to identify potentially flawed ones, not review in detail) all trades, not only ones reported by the community, as now it relies too much on players to report trades they think are irrational. -- 79 S 7 d.

benislovas, but I think those seperate voting reasons was one of the things which community asked in the past, because they want to see how FPC memebers works, to make that activity more transparent. As we all see that FPC work is pretty often based on personal opinion instead of strict rules which does not exist. -- 79 S 7 d.
