"you wrote a lot worthless info"
I am writing a dedicated response to this point.

The fact that you or other top-league players failed to achieve your ideal trades is precisely because such information was not prioritized—this is regrettable, but it cannot be blamed on other players’ misconduct or manipulation.

When higher leagues wish to trade down for high-potential players, what is often needed are competent players with team-friendly contracts that lower-league teams can afford. However, such players are usually redundant for top-league clubs. Thus, lower-league teams hope top-league clubs can help develop their secondary prospects—leveraging your resources to secure favorable contracts for these decent players, which can then be used to acquire their high-potential assets. But this demand encroaches on the operational flexibility of top-league teams yourselves, who primarily want to package their expensive or soon-to-be-expensive veterans—along with mediocre school or youth prospects—for deals.

The most coveted contracts in the market are those in the RT 280-320 range with salaries between 10k-15k on long-term deals. However, cultivating such assets requires dedicating resources and limited roster slots. If one is unwilling to sacrifice some interests to meet others’ needs, what grounds are there for complaint?

Of course, receiving a package of secondary prospects isn’t bad. If the offer is made in good faith and the contents are reasonable, multi-step transactions often yield better returns than a single deal. The problem is: trading partners may not be willing to invest that effort or trust the process. You must teach, persuade, and even then success isn’t guaranteed. Often, managers simply want to address all their needs in one transaction.

Trading is about understanding and compromising on mutual needs—not unilaterally setting prices and demanding others conform to your logic and desires.

Correct. If the package of school rookies is of high quality, your argument holds merit—BC Rytas could accept the bundle and potentially secure better returns through subsequent trades. However, he clearly doesn’t share this perspective, nor is he obligated to do so. (Otherwise, why would he go three seasons without prioritizing training a high-health 10P player to 100% fitness? Did no one with this knowledge bother to guide him?)

As I mentioned earlier, in such situations, one might attempt hands-on mentoring or provide case studies for reference—though success is never guaranteed. Alternatively, be prepared to sacrifice one or two slots in your youth or loan system to develop players that lower-league teams actually want, thereby positioning yourself to capitalize on similar trade opportunities.

My core point is this: You may believe this trade was suboptimal for the involved party, and that may well be true. But the seller retains the right to their own views and value judgments, using them as the benchmark for their decisions. Publicly criticizing their trade choices as unwise is impolite—and escalating to accusations of manipulation, underhanded deals, or cheating is entirely inappropriate, especially when no compelling evidence supports such claims in this transaction’s execution.

Honestly, knowing that Arturas Jomantas actually had good health is probably my biggest regret. I could have offered a package significantly better than the final transaction price. But such is life—you can’t hold all the good cards in your hands... :P -- 106 S 38 Dag
