联盟: Lithuanian Basketball Federation -- 联盟志愿者: Lenny -- 05-03

立志成为志愿者的新候选人。候选人的简介： Sveiki. Labai norėčiau save išbandyti savanorio mokytojo pareigose. Žaidimą žaidžiu jau labai senai (veikiausiai apie 50 sezonų) todėl patirties turiu tikrai daug. Išmanau treniravimo aktualijas, mėgstu eksperimentuoti su žaidėjų treniravimu. Prie žaidimo praleidžiu daug laiko, todėl ieškau papildomos veiklos. Noriu, kad Lietuvos krepšinis prilygtų Kinijos, todėl labai svarbu, kad kiekvienas žemesnės lygos atstovas žinotų kaip treniruoti žaidėjus, kaip juos taktiškai išnaudoti.
Taktikose esu į puolimą orientuotas treneris, mėgstantis rezultatyvų ir gražų krepšinį. Todėl ir savo mokiniams perduočiau šitą mentalitetą.
