3 - Overuse of disbalanced trades. Players' trade somehow has to benefit both teams (financially, in respect of team composition, etc). Good but expensive player can be traded to a bit worse but cheaper player. This type of trade can not be overused.<br />

2 - Other reasons. Volunteers wrote explanations: <br />
--- Quite disbalanced trade, young player is too good and too young to be traded for the finish player<br />
--- This trade is very unbalanced, the 9 potential greatly overshadows the well trained big<br />

Well, I simply do not understood the way FPC chose this season and a lot of bad (in my opinion) trades were voted fair, and let’s say this, which looks completely fine was reverted.
I am glad that the trade season is over and we have time to discuss future of FPC.
The worst thing I saw this season in FPC was a lack of leadership. So my suggestion to Darius is try to find a person who would be able to lead it, set ground rules for trade reverting and communicate them clearly to the community.
With all respect to FPC members doing their job, it simply looks some of them lack experience judging some more complexed cases.
So we have few weeks to improve and let’s come with the ideas and suggestions and make FPC Great Again! -- 72 季 36 天
