With the old system he could easily go at 370-375RT, but with the new one he will go somewhat less, and with lot of playing time and good training he might be close to 360RT!!! If he does a jump, he'll play more seasons with a better RT but he never will reach any of this RT, he will go even more lower! In any case, he is a great prospect but his price is simply outrageous!!!

I wrote it in a press conference for the salary of my head coach! They must think a solution to be a maximum salary and not a minimum one! And somehow some other factors (which shall be very clear) could determine the decision of the player/coach! For example the popularity, personnel and image factors would be more important factors and more invested if they really matter and there is no a matter of 1-2k difference between offers but very important factors for making a real decision! Tanking would be less also! It might sound stupid for some, but it's more realistic to me! :)
