I am not as much experienced user as most players here but I'm ambitious and I'm learning this game as much as I can. I'm online every day. Last season I was coach of Estonia U18 and it was my debut as the coach of the national team. Estonia took 17th place in the 1st division championship which I think is a good result.
Before each match as Estonia U18 coach I analyzed my opponents and tried to choose the right tactics. As a national coach I guarantee conscientiousness and a professional approach to the staff position.
