What GM wants to change, we can only adapt, I have no opinion, but I have the same opinion as God. You asked us to adapt to your changes for two seasons. It's really too fast for our team to adapt immediately. You can think about it. We spent 15 seasons training players to adapt to the previous games, and then you changed everything in two seasons. Why do you complain? We don't even know what changes there will be, so we don't know if we'll have to change something in the teams or not...and still, if the changes will go (as I hope) in the direction of correcting bugs and absurd things, you can't complain that you have to change: that would be like admitting that you had undue advantages for many seasons! -- 80 S 58 g.

The real adaptation begins only when the match engine is integrated into the world leagues.
Even after an update there is a high possibility that we will need to do some quick balancing changes.

No matter how long we test the match engine - the real test begins when it is fully used in the most important leagues of the game.

Even if we postpone working on this update for 5 seasons we would have similar problems.

That is the reason why updating the match engine was never our “favorite” update to choose. But we will respect the community's votes and we also believe that the match engine can be significantly improved.

By the way, right now we are working only with the first stage. The work on the second stage depends not only on us but on the community as well. So if the community does not support this via investment area we might not have these updates so quickly.

As I said on dischord, when doing the rebalancing, please make sure all offensive tactical settings have an optimal way to defend them, and vice versa all defensive settings an optimal way to attack.

At this moment, despite some settings are not being useful, there're always 2 or 3 possible ways to attack & defend. I.e. If fast breaks become more relevant - there should be a defense to counter-it.

This is what gives depth to the game, and permits winning in spite of not having best players, avoids a single way of playing, you need to change and adapt tactical settings depending on the teams you are facing...

Adding to nofixations post: Allow setting switching to different tactics based on parameters such as down by x points, or a critical player has foul trouble, etc. If you add 3 new tactics, the chances to correctly call the counter to opponent will be quite low.
