DostVeViski FPC does not do anything on their own initiative. They only respond to reports. Report a user for unfair behavior and then FPC will investigate the situation. You will never know what punishment was or was not given to another user. Last few seasons you already had to select words what you write in press conferences very carefully. There is no freedom of speech already left here, so I suggest to remove press conferences completely or make it paid function. Its not used much, for example, from thousands of games generated already this season throughout all the leagues, only 21 total was commented. For trades you can just mark a players you want to trade. A bunch of current press conferences is hidden anyway, so that would save some time and maybe more time would be left for updates. -- 104 С 44 д

I have a question about this part: "Public announcements or discussions about received sanctions are strictly prohibited." I understand that this means I’m not allowed to speak about sanctions I’ve personally received.Yet, am I also prohibited from discussing sanctions received by others, if I know they’ve been sanctioned?
My main question is about the reasoning behind this rule. What problem is it intended to solve? Is it designed to protect the FPC from external pressure, or is there another purpose? I’m asking because I’m struggling to understand how a lack of openness and transparency is supposed to build confidence in the FPC. This approach seems to run counter to common best practices among respected companies and institutions, where transparency is often emphasized as a foundation for maintaining trust.

You are very welcome to discuss, how trades should be judged (in the future). You can find some examples and offer some generalizations (guidelines) for judging trades in the future. Such discussions could take place in your community and if community agrees on some offers - pass the offers to FPC by your community's FPC member (or another FPC member if community doesn't have one).
Public announcements or discussions about ALREADY received sanctions are strictly prohibited.

Here are guidelines what can be done in case of received sanctions (from the Rules of Trades):

As for our match, I was testing some tactics, and they didn’t work out the way I expected. Not surprising though — in this ONLINE SIMULATOR GAME, it's normal for things to go differently than planned / set up, depending on how the simulator generates results.

There is no way you lose this match that much without trolling. Stats explain everything. We can see that all your players suddenly shooted 3s like they were the warriors, but they are Pistons in the 90s. you gave autorisation to shoot all your player on their weakest shoots, and this is OBVIOUS. I don't even need to know your exact player skills. You intentionnaly lost, and you can't deny it. You are actualy moking us by your justification. Just assume the fact that you wanted money from 3rd home game.

Rok za prijave još uvek nije završen, za sada nas ima 7. Kao što sam ranije napomenuo, ove sezone imamo drugačiji model takmičenje. Ekipa iz višeg ranga će igrati bez svoja 2 najbolja igrača, dok ekipe iz istog ranga igraju bez restrikcija. Pravilo se odnosi na svaki duel ponaosob, tako da neki igrači možda ne igraju jednu rundu, ali mogu zaigrati već u sledećoj. Sve utakmice se zakazuju na neutralnom terenu.

Sistem nagrada je sledeći:
Svi učesnici 1/4 finala dobijaju po 25 zlatnika
Svi učesnici 1/2 finala dobijaju dodatnih 50 zlatnika
Učesnici finala dobijaju dodatnih 100 zlatnika
Osvajač na sve prethodne nagrade dobija još 250 zlatnika

Znam da nekolicina preferiraju ovaj model, ali eto zelim reci da je meni bolji onaj sa hendikepom. Igrati bez 2 igraca stvara dodatni i po meni, nepotrebni, umor igraca pred kraj sezone. Meni trenutno stvarno ne igra ulogu, ali da imam 8-9 igraca u timu ili da mi je bitno radi promocije da ne dodje do premora, nisam siguran da bih ucestvovao. Takodje, igrati sa hendikepom je malo ponizavajuce za slabiju ekipu, treba da izgubis 50 razlike a da ti se racuna da si pobedio, to nikako ne moze da bude sportski fer. Predlozio sam da timovi iz iste kategorije igraju turnior izmedju sebe, znaci timovi iz cetvrte svetske lige neka igraju svoj turnir, a ostali iz pete lige svoj, tako bi bilo najpostenije -- 104 С 46 д

THERES NO WAY THIS IS REAL HAPPENING. Much better team, home advantage, 15+ point adventage 5min before the end, For some unbelievable reason for 5 min we manage to score 2 points and loose with 3pointer in the buzzer. The team was deserving FINALS and upper division , thats a catastrofy UNREAL , unlogic and without any explanation.
