my problem with coaches is that there is not enough info on how much impact can he do on the game or on training. I mean clear numbers not just guessing numbers or "a little bit of impact" , " some impact". And training coaches should be similar to training players apply similar/same system. -- 68 С 4 д

The chance of Getting a good coach would be way way smaller than a player . And even if you draft god coach don’t forget his experience would be minimum , and it wouldn’t be that good in the beginning . Anyway it’s just an idea, that coach could be raised faster too. And sry , when you start playing this game you don’t look 30 seasons in to the future. -- 68 С 4 д

Actually every ~20 seasons we have this "issue"
The game's system is built that way and we do not plan to change it.
In these situations teams` owners just have to decide:
- invest into scouts
- use coaches with smaller RT
- pay more money for their salary

This is just one of the area where team owner can make good decisions and "outsmart" other teams.

Similar things sometimes also happen with players. Sometimes the game lacks some specific position players or lacks goof players. For example, when China's community joined the game there were few hundreds new active users within few days. The market prices increased significantly.

Regarding coaches one of our TODO is to make possibility for coaches to get "improvement jump". That will help raising them quicker. But we do not plan to create coaches or players just because there is a need for them. Creating players and coaches is not up to the game but up to the team owners. -- 68 С 4 д

It took little effort to scout 2 coaches, potential 7 & 8. They are on my YT and cost near to nothing. As long as you do not scout for them, the problem you complain about will exist. -- 68 С 4 д

The problem is that scouted coaches improve very slow - I have scouted 9 potential coach. He improves 3-4 RT per season. It will take 30-40 seasons to make him not even TOP, but only decent coach. -- 68 С 4 д

What bemislovas said is exactly what I mean. Other than that, I too have scouted a coach. He is 40 years old, and will be a decent coach by 87th season. Which is nearly 3 and a half year from now in real time. And I don't even know how much he adds to the team, just some estimations. I don't know what to invest in; a player that will be 300 rt in 6 seasons or a coach who will be maybe 200 rt in 20 seasons. -- 68 С 4 д

Who becomes coaches in real life? Any way to implement that in the game?
As for current situation i'm ok with it... its just question of time until everyone will be using low level coaches unlike now couple teams have better ones and rest of users get upset because of this... Strt scouting now and you will be ahead of everyone else in near future... -- 68 С 4 д

Try this again, instead of scouting and training a (one) coach, you might want to try to scout for several coaches (7 potential or higher)) - big hint on how to handle this situation. Doesn’t take 20 seasons. -- 68 С 4 д

Viskas gerai su tavo jaunimo komanda. Visiems dengia išskyrus 2 žaidėjus. Prelate, nes yra ne tavo skautinis ir ką tik atvykęs, tai visą sezoną jo algos nedengs kol nesužais bent 50 rungtynių. White algos nedengia, nes jo vk yra didesnis už pagrindinės komandos vk vidurkį. Jo vk 144, o komandos 124, bet matau, kad apsiprekinai vakar ir dabar reikia tik palaukti kada atsinaujins reitingai (man rodos jie atsinaujina kasdien 1:15h) ir jei pagrindinės komandos vk bus pakankamai aukštas, tai dengs algą ir White. -- 68 С 8 д

It seems that you wrote these posts before trying to do beginner guide's tasks...

As I can see andronikos has already finished beginner's guide.

ganto17, you have stopped on 3rd task, which has been working well even before fixing beginner guide's problems.
Most of tasks have to be done in guide's order. It means that you have to accomplish 3rd task before accomplishing 4th task (only the ones that can be done just once are accomplished not in order, for example, signing sponsors' contracts).
So, you should simply read beginner guide's instructions in top of any page and follow them. -- 68 С 17 д
