For all these reasons I do not recommend the game anymore and I speak only for myself and not for my colleagues.

I recommend once again that if you want more users, you take the path of equity without penalizing small communities, giving bonuses to large communities, reducing the advantages of those who pay, updating the manual, improving the game engine, the page design and not pressuring users to work to fatten their pockets in exchange for bonuses (where the rival of the recipient is indirectly penalized by not receiving the bonus). -- 98 S 40 d.

Conforme já foi acordado no grupo do Whatsapp, que a propósito estão todos os gerentes brasileiros convidados a participar, segue oficializado nessa conferência os gastos que foram decididos de maneira unânime que a federação pode usar:
1. Os créditos para candidatura a técnico das seleções brasileiras dos gerentes indicados pela federação, após votação entre os membros da federação - Até 14 dias após a candidatura;
2. Os créditos para os times brasileiros estabelerem a escola de basquete e o time de jovens;
3. Os créditos para o Brasil participar da Davis Cup;
4. Se houver excedente, ao final da temporada, e sem comprometer os gastos com as previsões anteriores para a temporada seguinte, os créditos serão distribuídos proporcionalmente para os times brasileiros que tiverem jogadores nas duas seleções brasileiras daquela temporada.
