4 seasons ago he would have gone for 22k to a WL 2 team or top WL 3 team. Only one US team can afford 40k, I am guessing it's a non-US team so a 30k bid would beat it.

It could be TallandThicks who has only 5 players signed for next season. Blount plays the same position as both Ge and Winstringham who is 1 year younger than Blount with a slightly lower RT.
