Chun-Sheng Chiang is a defensively skilled sharpshooter with outstanding potential. His primary skills have already reached their peak, and he enjoys a height advantage when playing as a shooting guard. In the fifth-tier league, at the SG position, he is expected to average 20 minutes of playtime, 10+ points, an efficiency rating of 10+, and a three-point shooting percentage above 45%. Moreover, he only carries a $936/3yr contract. At the age of 26, he will reach an RT of 250.

Li-Cheng Wu is an athletic low-post player with an expected height of 213. While his skill potential is not particularly exceptional, his key inside skills meet the basic requirements with ratings of 12 and 10. He is capable of starting in the third-tier league. At the age of 26, he is projected to have an RT of 230.

Kun-Hao Wu is an eight-potential low-post player. He cannot provide the salary contribution expected of a sixth-tier league team at $4000. Since the new team lacks a school and youth team, the player had to be signed to the main squad. With an expected height of 205, he has a high probability of developing into a low-post small forward, which is not a popular position. He will be forced to train in reverse, focusing on outside shooting, which means he is expected to reach an RT of 280 at the age of 26.

The motivations for this trade are clear. Both sides are getting the assets they need from the trade, and it is not a one-sided benefit transfer.

Thanks for the explanation. I was expecting to gain players that can start in other position for the next 3 seasons even when i get to higher tier league and still not breaking my salary contribution. -- 95 sez. 33 d.

How the Fair Play Committee members voted:
- volunteers voted "Revert and punish": 0
- volunteers voted "Revert": 8
- volunteers voted "Fair": 2

These reasons were chosen by the volunteers during voting:
6 - Suspicion that trade’s goal is to help one of the teams

2 - Other reasons. Volunteers wrote explanations:
--- It's not allowed that an experienced user takes advantage of a newbie.
--- Although both sides are looking out for their own needs, there is still no way to recognize the exchange of lower league players for 8P players.
I'm sorry to get such a result; this decision has hurt both sides of the trade. At the same time, I hope that someone among the panel of judges can demonstrate what constitutes a fair trade in this situation.

I am a high-level player, and this trade loss doesn't affect me much. However, when this newcomer inquired if he could afford such an expensive player, I promised him that he would definitely receive a fair return through the trade. So, I hope that all of you can propose a better trade deal before the trade deadline to save his finances, ensuring that his luck doesn't turn into a punishment.

Also, I hope someone can explain: why is the trade in the link considered fair, while this one is not?

I want to emphasize that I'm not saying the trade in the link is unfair, but rather, I believe that the two trades are of a similar nature, and our trade appears to be more balanced.
