Agree. If coaches are this expensive to extend, the problem that no one scouts coaches continues.

Nobody wants to throw millions at their own scouted coaches to grow him up until he can be halfway decent.

coach isn't even that good. The changes are destroying any reason to scout at all. When chances of success are greatly reduced, guarantee amount is excessively increased, and extensions going through the roof now (much higher than the average) there will now be only one way to play this game. I thought the reason for doing this was to create more diverse strategies for playing. These updates have killed one of the strategies. -- 75 sez. 3 d.
