And in game 2, L.G. PHI took the W at home with the score of 98 : 77. MVP of the series is Vilhelmas Butvydas, averaging 21.5 pts, 5.5 rebs, 2 ast, 0.5 stl, 1 blk per game while shooting 36.3% from deep. BC Trajakas main scorers were their PGs, but it's not enough as GILAS PILIPINAS limited their scoring and made their whole team shot 43.75 FG%, and 35% from deep. GILAS PILIPINAS showed their size as they outrebounded BC Trajakas and converted their offensive rebounds into 35 second chance points combined from game 1 and 2.
With this win, GILAS PILIPINAS will wait for the winner of Siberian Bears vs College of Kala Chicken, Bears took the game 1 with the score of 89 : 81 upsetting KalaChi. Will Bears close out the series with a swept? Or KalaChi will bounce back and force a do or die game 3? We will see!
