I have enough treatment bad treatment in this game. Spardom 2 days ago sent me an exchange offer and I agreed. He offert me Marvin Mangion, who is 199 cm PF . Ok he's got 280 RT but he is little - bid disadvantage. . I gave him 2 players with very low salary. Salary is propably main reason of this trade.
Sombody report this trade. Trade has been reverted by the "Fair play" committee. Explenation from grobuonis691 :
"Its not my only one desicion, it all fpc. For me this trades looks fine, but for other fpc members not so much, because they think that you give to little players. I mean, you should give better players or add 1 more potencial player".
My opinion:
He treats decisions as a way of discriminating in this game. I already wrote on the forum about discrimination of some small nations. Me and razeev, also ccbraga write to admins appeal to gave us (for example Poles) 10% to draw just as much as they have other small Nations (for example Portugal and Russia - Poland has similar number of users). I send this issue twice and i was zero response. i wonder why... for me is sign of something bad....
I think it is not only polish problem: sweden, latavian, Czech ect. Zero effect. We have almost zero player from our nations!
I also I wrote this to admins without answer:
"Hi, is possibile to take National team without this big payment - 10000 credits (with normal payment - 500 credits ) - i know it is to late for this - but for example our national team Poland had one candidate, who finally took other team - and Poland is without manager. And this is very sad - somebody could help...but 10 000 credits is to much or almost everyone. Effect my national team came do 3 div. (bot chose players with small rt). Zero effect.
as a result, I see that in this game nobody help you- rather they works on your disadvantage. This decision is example of this. Look at the other trade - they don't look much different than my.
Why, for example, in the most nations of central and eastern Europe there is real 2-4 active players, of which single players fight for more than 4-5 world leagues.
I remember another manager "charazay" there the situation looked completely different (many active managers ect). Here admins don't want us - (they activity suggest it). I have already lost motivation to play here! -- 71 Sz 6 n.

The nost immediate solution would be to abolish National Leagues and allow for Federation Leagues. This would strengthen the small communities as games would be more interesting and end of season rewards for top clubs higher than they are now. This puts small leagues of wl3 and better at a worse financial spot than the big nations. This is somethimg that is on the administration's roadmap and I hope can get done soon.
About this trade I can't say much as I'm not in the FPC any more. It's not very dramatic and close to being accepted I think, so adjusting it a bit should do the trick. -- 71 Sz 6 n.

I agree on what Artemix is saying regarding this trade - it would have been a different thing if he offered two less players for a better one that's younger. But if I decide to trade one of my better players and if I send an offer for two that are a little bit less worth - then it's my own decision. It should be accepted as long as the mentioned parts have been active users and worked fair and square in BP through their history.
RaZeev has an interesting point, a Federation League would at the moment be better. I started to translate the game to Swedish but found no motivation considering all time spent when there are no Swedish users other than me and Sigma. -- 71 Sz 6 n.

Actually we spend a lot of time and effort to help small countries integrate better in the game.
We used to have a system that half of the money come from national leagues, we changed the game’s finances completely in order to give better chances for users from small countries.
And this update changed the situation completely. For example, user Optimistas from Norway for many seasons was in the TOP of the strongest game’s teams.
The federations’ update was also created to help small countries integrate better in the game. We probably expected more activity from the volunteers. Some federations do an amazing job, but for some it seems not to work at all.
The 10% rule I explained quite many times to many different users. This discount works automatically.
We don`t have possibility to change it. And as this is in the "old part of the game", we don`t plan to improve it.
The idea is to remove this discount in the future and give this or other similar bonuses for federations that fulfill the goals (challenges) assigned for them. So maybe the community will be more engaged in federation`s activity. The same probably will be with credits assigned for federations. We want to give more but for those volunteers who really help the game. -- 71 Sz 6 n.

Im with Artemix on this one, this FPC getting completely out of hand at this stage...
If managers want to trade players - let them, do not restrict them even more after introducing the Restriction Levels.
It's not our fault if our countries have 3/4 active users (Ireland has 2) and we cant make players play this game, if anything players would stop playing the game due to nonsense like this. -- 71 Sz 6 n.

I do not understand remove trades for active and Old Users. All has sometimes players with great RT, and you do not like them, because dont play well. In this case why I couldnt sell It for a older ir worst one? TRADE system os the worst part of basketpulse right now
