That is kind of a cool concept when you think about it.....If you have a player a particular circumstance gains him a "status" (winning a championship with a team, long tenure, etc) that gives him a fan following or some other perk. If you sign or trade that player he could either lose the perk or if he develops a fan following its transferred to the other team.
