For sure graph is not rights, as I was on all od these season president of Polish Basketball Federation and every season , at the beginning od the season, we use a lot of credits to award activity of members of our community.

This season we used around 29k credits, S97 it was aournd 27k, S96 also around 27k and on S95 IT was something around 30k credits, so I don't know how this graph looks like this, but for sure it's wrong. -- 98 S 38 Dia

Administration assigned funding is excluded as it is directly linked to specific activity funding (f.e. newspaper). Polish federation is one of the most active federation and has been well rewarded in the recent seasons. -- 98 S 38 Dia

In brazilian federation we've the agreement of these refunds:
For the candidature of the managers previously indicated by the federation to the national teams;
For the brazilian managers that are willing to establish youth academy or basketball school;
For the Davis Cup;

The funds are distributed as follows:
50% for the federation, 50% for payment of volunteers, the president has never collected funds.
The federation uses the funds in seasonal contests, national team candidates and friendly team matches, currently it has 24k credits
