This deal would set a bad precedent case for future cases. Trading two players with perspective (9 and 10pot) and good contracts for one old player on a 1 season contract is clearly unbalanced. Not by extremely much, but the offer was lopsided as it was. Not reverting a trade like this would set a problematic precedent case where other teams would trade very good young talents for an old player on a 1S contract. Feishe himself fired the player after the trade was reverted so this tells me quite a bit about his value for him.
As to the motive of reaching Top16, this is not really for us to judge. We can sanction cases like this if this should happen regularly in the future, but assuming it now would be overreaching. Considering the player Funes traded for would have only had value for 2 or 3 games at all would, by the way, have been an even more outrageous idea considering what he put on the table for it.
In the committee we stated more than once publicly that you can always ask us before offering/accepting a trade and we will answer in a very short time frame if we think the deal is unproblematic. I´m not the person to answer that question, but what i do know is that Razeev (and probably all the FPC) works to make this game better, I have had a polemic trade cancelled by the FPC previously season, I remember feeling upset and harmed, but I have the chance to talk to some members of the FPC and I saw the other side of the story, they make mistakes of course, it would be important to define and adjust the FPC rol in the future and to guarantee at least some experience in their members, but for me is definitely a significant improve as it was before FPC exists.

Most here in the community are naive at the amount of cheaters nor have the comprehension to understand how it is getting done, so they often reach out and complain about the FPC, likely due to being naive, new, gullible, or they only care about themselves and do not see the big picture.
In the end, one person does not revert a trade or allow a trade, it is a group of members, Shanire included (Kick Ash was there as well until questionable behavior had been reported).
None of us in the FPC agree with every decision that has been made. You can either deal with your emotions about the FPC, or you can just move along and quit the game. The FPC is not going anywhere Feishe.
