Don't think it is a salary drop.
Salary drop: "Exchanged for useless player(s) with the ONLY goal to reduce salaries"
POT 7 school has great trade value so it is a trade not a drop.

And this POT 7 will never reach wl1 level... -- 90 S 28 d.

Agree with Fung. The goal here is I can save and get a player I can develop for the future (7-pot is good value in the NE which encourages 12-man lineups), and the other team gets a one-season veteran that will help him fight for promotion. It is very common in the NBA, where contenders can use their trade exceptions (trade level 10) to give future draft picks (school talents) for a veteran to help them fight for championships. And this is more common in our game during this season too, a lot of teams from different federations have done similar trades, should all of them be reported and reverted? I don’t think so because it means a lot of managers in our community think this kind of trade is fair, so I hope the FPC can realize it and keep the same standards to all trade. Thanks. -- 90 S 28 d.

A lot of 7-pot players have played in WL1 and I personally have a few of them, so how did you come up with the conclusion to say they will NEVER reach WL1 level? Look at the TOP 16 teams in WL1, a lot of teams have player with RT under 300 and they are playing fine for their teams. The NE encourage more players, and most teams cannot afford to have a 12-man lineup with 12 high RT players, then 7-pot players can play a key role for the team too. -- 90 S 28 d.

The Fair play committee decided that the trade is unfair and teams are given a warning. -- 90 S 28 d.

How the Fair Play Committee members voted:
- volunteers voted "Revert and punish": 1
- volunteers voted "Revert": 12
- volunteers voted "Fair": 0

These reasons were chosen by the volunteers during voting:
10 - Salary drop (one or more useful players are exchanged for useless player(s) with the only goal to reduce salaries)
2 - Suspicion that trade’s goal is to help one of the teams

1 - Other reasons. Volunteers wrote explanations:
This "revert and punish" vote is too irrational. It is crazy and ought to be the true one to be punished. -- 90 S 30 d.

Therefore, FPC is now banning WL 1 managers to acquire any POT 7 school boys, simply because FPC strongly believe WL 1 managers do not know how to train school boys. Right? -- 90 S 30 d.
