After the pandemic years, we hoped to have an easier time in 2022. Instead, the world gave everybody another punch with the biggest war in Europe since WW2.
For those who live in other areas, this war is not just some “local” conflict. Every day I see refugees from Ukraine around us. People here in Lithuania and other nearby countries are doing everything we can to support Ukraine in this fight against unprovoked aggression.
We can only hope that 2023 will bring us peace and some time to rest our minds! 
 
In the meantime life in BasketPulse does not stop. The most notable BasketPulse events and updates:

• New match engine
• New design of User information, Coach and other pages
• New feature - displaying players available for improvement jumps
• Balancing and improving the Drafts system
• Long-term tiredness and training updates
• Various smaller fixes and updates

Finances
Financially that was the best year in BasketPulse history. 
In the first part of the year we were hired into the creation of another game. That not only boosted our revenue but also gave us a lot of ideas of what we can improve after we finish our current work. 
Increased finances let us invest more in BasketPulse. We were able to spend more time ourselves. Dwyane is helping with communication and one more freelancer is helping with developing the game.
That is a huge change compared to our previous situation when we worked mostly on weekends. 
 
Plans for the 2023

• Match engine still needs some tuning but the situation is getting better every season.

• We will continue to put effort into getting rid of the old design, which is still in many places of the game.
• Also we would like to review the journey of the new users in the game and make it smoother and easier.
