As usual, we start the overview with the strongest league of the game - World league 1.1
It is the fourth season in a row when we have the same two finalists - wudiwen and Basketballers. 
Both teams demonstrate incredible performance for a long time! This season the winner is: wudiwen

This season we have a new team fighting for the bronze medal in the strongest game’s league - Frost Love. His opponent was a well known team CP Company. After a tough fight bronze has been won by more experienced team - CP Company.

Some statistics about players’ strength of these teams (average strength in the world league’s matches):
1st - Basketballers - 333 RT
2nd - wudiwen - 328 RT
11th - Frost Love - 322RT
17th - CP Company - 319RT

This season National U16 tournament was different from the previous tournaments.
After six seasons USA national team reached the U16 final. However, the Gold medals were won by China’s national team.
The fight between “braliukai” (brothers - this is how Lithuanians call their neighbours - Latvians) was won by Lithuania U16 team.

National U21 tournament was less surprising.
Two strongest countries in the game fought for the Gold medals. After the four periods the score was tied and only in the overtime China’s team won becoming the champions.
Argentina and United States fought for the bronze medal. Stronger in rankings Argentina won the medals this time.


Jobs done in the 71st season

• Max salary the team can offer in the market is equal to the income from the international league’s sponsor for that club. However, in limited market a team will be able to offer a contract to its own player even if it exceeds the salary cap.
  Managers used to have problems extending contracts with their players or even with club’s franchise player. Now in these cases the system won’t forbid making an offer even over the salary cap but manager will have to deal with club’s finances afterwards.
• Fixed issue with double language in the game (sometimes the game was displayed in two languages in the same page)
• Fair play committee (FPC) updates. Quite a big part of the season we worked on this area. We hope that these updates will help both - FPC members and the community.
  • FPC members must select the reason (or enter their own explanation) when voting “nor fair” in trades’ reports. The reasons and voting statistics are posted automatically in press messages of this trade.
  • FPC members must enter the explanation when voting “warn” or “punish” in unfair user behaviour reports. These messages will be sent to the reported user. This will be even  in case if FPC decides that everything is OK (when at least one FPC member voted “not fair”)
  • Game’s administration provided recommendations for FPC members.
  • Game’s administration provided recommendations for the presidents of federations regarding FPC.
  • When a new trade report is created, trade participants are automatically informed about this. If trade participants think that FPC members might not understand their reasons, they are advised to explain them in press messages.
• The player’s page design was created by the designer. We have been working intensively towards including it into our game. However, we did not manage to finish this update this season.
